2500 Square foot home and separate studio. Featuring a large patio deck with a hot tub and fire pit, and barbecue. The house has 3 levels. On the upper level is the main living area . Where you will find the main entry, kitchen, dining room, living room and mud room. The living room has a fireplace and leads out to a balcony with an outdoor dining table. This level also offers one full bathroom and one bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There are stairs on the interior and exterior of the house to access the first and second floors. Downstairs to the second floor you’ll find the laundry room, master bedroom with bathroom, another full bathroom , bedroom and Pool table room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed and queen bed. The Pool Table room leads out to a huge deck with jacuzzi hot tub, fire pit and patio furniture. Down one last flight of stairs leads you to our newly renovated studio with its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry machine, foldout couch and king size bed.

Guest access The entire house and studio is available to guests. The garage is offered to guests as needed. Other things to note - Spa maintenance comes weekly.
